John Harris
John Harris was co-owner with Robert Chester (q.v.) of a slaving voyage from London by the Mayflower in 1700 (and a man of the same name was captain of the slaving voyage from London by the Beckford in 1698). There is no evidence of a connection between this man or these men and John Harris of Exeter (q.v.), co-owner of a well-documented slaving voyage a decade later.
