Will of Thomas Everard of London mariner made 25/01/1693. He left an annuity of £10 p.a to his mother Mrs Joanna Everard; £10 to his sister Mary Ely; £20 to his cousin Charles Higgison at 21; and £5 to Thomas Francis 'who was my servant'. He divided his residuary estate between his wife Susanna and his daughters Susanna and Mary, and made his wife Susanna his sole executrix so long as she remained his widow, but if she remained he appointed Capt. John Dench and Capt. James Conway as executors. He separately made them trustees, although it was not a trust will. The will was attested in London at the instigation of Governor Beeston in Jamaica 23/02/1693.
