Born: Unknown
Died: Unknown

Abraham Lodge, a major London slave trader, co-owner of 18 slaving voyages from London and one from Jamaica between 1699 and 1706 (12 of which were concentrated between 1700 and 1702) but almost invisible in the historical record. Neither a will nor a burial record has been found for him to date. He appears in passing in the will of his father-in-law Joshua Shepheard proved 1712, which focuses on Lodge’s wife Rachell [sic] Lodge (nee Shepheard) and Shepheard’s grandchildren. The will of his widow Rachael (which is uninformative) was proved in 1740.
