3.1 million enslaved people trafficked to the British colonies

Co-owner in a single slaving voyage, that of Two Brothers to York River in 1701. William Armiger was party with William Keach or Keech and Roger Gray and one other in litigation against Thomas Starke in 1703: all three of Armiger, Keech and Starke were partners in the voyage of the Two Brothers, while Roger Gray had been commander of the privateer New Tryall owned by Armiger in 1702. William Armiger appears as a supplier of timber to the Navy in 1705. A William Armiger was buried at St Mary Rotherhithe  01/09/1738.
