Will of James Donaldson of London merchant made 02/05/1709. He left his estate after payment of debts to his sisters Isabella Herbert wife of Willoughby Herbert and Agnes Whitby. Should he die in Jamaica, where he was then bound, he appointed William Parke and Gervas Brough as his executors to send his property to his executors in England. He notified his executors that he had repaid a loan from his sister Isabella, although the bond in her name [then Isabella Gellatray sp?] for the £300 she had lent him in 1703 remained in her hands uncancelled.
