3.1 million enslaved people trafficked to the British colonies

Peter Marguett or Marguet (given as Marquet) (d. 1730), co-owner of a slaving voyage from London by the Jane in 1702 about which nothing further is known after its departure from Britain. Peter Marquet [sic] of London merchant was buried 1730 at Barnes. His niece and executrix Maria Sybilla Harrison (nee Chadel) litigated his will in 1732.
