Will of Moses Francia made 20/03/1703. He requested burial according to the rites of the Serahim [sic] Jews, and left £30 to the poor Portuguese Jews. He left his wife Rekah [?] the sum specified in their marriage contract and the rest of his estate among his sons Moses, Isaac and Jacob and daughters Esther and Rachell. He left £50 p.a. to his mother, £25 p.a. to his brother Augustin, and asked that if any difference arose in settling his accounts with his brother Peter Francia and others, his cousin Francis Francia should be arbitrator, and he appointed Francis Francia as his executor.
