Jasper Hall (d. 1778), slave-owner in Jamaica and owner of three slaving voyages from London, two as sole owner to Cape Mount (Cape Grand Mount) with one then to Havana and one to Kingston in 1761, and one with unnamed others to Bonny and Kingston in 1764. Jasper Hall was Receiver General in Jamaica in 1760, and Member of Assembly for Kingston in 1764, 1765, 1766, 1768 and 1770, and Speaker in 1778. He died in November 1778: his ‘property’ at probate was valued at £45191 Jamaican currency, including 354 enslaved people.
