Will of Roger Mainwaring of Chelsea Middlesex made 29/04/1759. He rehearsed his in vivo gifts of £2000 and £1000 to his sons Roger and George Mainwaring, and left an additional £1000 to the latter to equalise their preferments, and made them residuary legatees. He made his son Eaton Mainwaring Elleker and his nephew Thomas Mainwaring of the Inner Temple his executors. In codicil of 22/01/1760 he added an annuity of £10 p.a. to Mrs Catherrne and Mrs Hannah De Werth.
