George Geddes (fl. 1799-1809), London merchant and slave-trader shown as sole owner of five slaving voyages from London and co-owner of two more, to a variety of African ports and destinations in the Caribbean between 1799 and 1807,  and probably co-owner (alongside Alexander Geddes and others) of two further voyages from Liverpool in the Urania between 1800 and 1802.  His London mercantile partnership trading with Alexander Geddes and Thomas Milliken (q.v.) as George Geddes & Co. failed in 1809.
