Francis Robson was co-owner of three slaving voyages from London between 1792 and 1797, in the first of which he was captain-owner. In 1798 the Hero, the vessel of two of the voyages, master Francis Robson was seized off Barbados, when the nationality was given as not yet known and Robson appealed as owner of the slaves.
