Sir Randolph Knipe

Sir Randolph Knipe (d. 1728), London merchant, supplier of Baltic goods, slave-trader from Madagascar (although not identified as owner in the TASTDB), and member of the Court of Directors of the Bank of England, co-owner of the Hamilton which made a slaving voyage from London to Madagascar and Barbados arriving in 1717 for which Knipe and Sir John Fryer are connected in secondary sources as the owners, as well as an earlier voyage in 1714 for which nothing is known about the ownership.
